Return Procedure :
1. Send an email to info@bewildstore.it indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. After confirmation, fill out the return form received and include it in the package.
3. Ship to: BeWild Store, Piazza della Repubblica 3, 11100 Aosta (AO) - Italy

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
- The return must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds :
- They are made with the same payment method .
- By credit card: approximately 10 days (visible on the next statement).
- Any exchange rate variations are non-refundable.
Conditions for accepting returns:
- Items not worn, washed or altered , with security threads , tags and original packaging intact.
- Shoes and accessories in their original box .
- Non-compliant returns may be refused or accepted with a 10% deduction.

It's not an uncomfortable question: you can buy a garment wherever you like. This is our answer.
You can come and visit us
The boutique is in Courmayeur, where it all began in 2020, and that's where you'll find Cinzia: she is the one who selects the garments and advises you on how they fit. In Aosta, there is the outlet, in Piazza della Repubblica.
We'll handle it from the boutique.
Not a call center. Text the shop number and someone who actually has that garment in their hands will reply. Size, fit, material: ask before you buy, not after.
When it's over, it's over
We work with non-continuous lines, linked to pilots and racing. When a size runs out, there is no restocking, which is why it is difficult to run into someone dressed like you.
