Shipping
BeWild Store shipments are handled by BRT courier.
Shipping costs vary based on the order value and destination.
As required by current legislation, all shipments are accompanied by proper tax documentation detailing the value of the items in euros.
In case of sales or promotions, the documentation will show the discounted price.
1. Shipping Methods and Costs
To ensure fast, reliable, and secure service, BeWild Store relies on BRT for all domestic and international shipments.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value.
Orders are generally processed within 24 business hours (orders confirmed before 12:00 CET are shipped the same day).
The delivery times indicated start from the actual shipping date and are to be considered indicative.
Any delays due to payment verification or credit card authorizations may delay your shipment.
BeWild Store cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs checks, unforeseen events, or force majeure.
During holidays, sales, or promotional campaigns, delivery times may vary.
2. Important Shipping Information
1. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
2. Once the shipment has been made, it is not possible to change the delivery address.
Please carefully check the address you enter during checkout.
3. TWS does not deliver to PO boxes or poste restante services.
4. If the recipient is absent, the courier will make up to three delivery attempts, leaving collection instructions each time.
3. Delivery Days
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday , during working hours.
Deliveries are not expected on holidays or the days before holidays.
It is not possible to schedule appointments or specific delivery times.
4. Free Shipping
BeWild Store may occasionally activate promotions that include free shipping.
To stay updated on any offers, you can sign up for the newsletter.
If free shipping is available, it will be displayed directly during the purchase process.
5. First Order
For security reasons, the first order can only be shipped to the billing address in the name of the payment card holder or to a verified address.
We recommend that you enter accurate and complete billing and contact information to facilitate verification and avoid any delays.
6. Shipping Insurance
All orders are insured during transport and up until delivery .
Upon signature for receipt, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.
In the event of delivery to a person other than the order holder (e.g., gifts), responsibility passes to the person signing for collection.
7. Order Tracking
The customer can check the status of the order by logging into their account and consulting the "My Orders" section.
8. Taxes and Customs Duties
For some destinations, shipping is DDP : in this case, duties and taxes are already included in the price shown at checkout. For all other destinations, shipping is DDU . This means that customs duties, import VAT, and customs clearance costs are NOT included in the product price or shipping and are calculated and requested directly by the courier or customs authorities .
BeWild Store is not responsible for these costs and cannot estimate or predict them in advance.
Payment is the sole responsibility of the recipient and is required for delivery of the order.
Note: Shipments are made via BRT . Any customs charges required upon delivery are independent of BeWild Store and non-refundable .
