• Items must be returned with the security thread intact , unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
• Each item must be returned with original tags, packaging and accessories.
• Shoes and accessories must be returned in the original box , which must not be damaged.

Unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with the conditions indicated above may:

• Be returned to sender
• Or be accepted with a charge equal to 10% of the value of the goods
