Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
To return an item, please email us at info@bewildstore.it, indicating your order number and the items you wish to return. We will send you a return form to complete and include in your package. Ship the return to:

Note : Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed within approximately 14 days, using the same payment method.

Shipping
Shipments are handled by TWS Express Courier, and costs vary based on destination and order value, calculated automatically at checkout. Orders are generally shipped within 24 business hours.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Italy: 2 working days
• Europe: 5-6 working days
• Extra EU (USA, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, United Kingdom, China): 5-6 working days

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. It's not possible to change the address after shipping, and we don't deliver to PO boxes. If you're not present, the courier will make up to three delivery attempts.

Secure Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club credit cards via a secure server. For added security, we recommend activating Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.

Taxes and Duties
For some destinations, taxes and duties are included in the price (DDP). In other cases (DDU), any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the courier upon delivery.
