Right of withdrawal

If you made a purchase on BeWild Store as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please fill out the online form on this page by entering the requested data.

After submitting the request, you will automatically receive a confirmation via email to the address provided in the form.

How it works

1) Fill out the online form

Enter the requested data:

First and last name
Email address
Order number
Product or products for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal

2) Confirm the request

To correctly submit the request, you must expressly confirm your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal for the indicated order.

3) Wait for instructions

After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email.

Our customer service will then provide you with operational instructions to proceed with the return of the products.

4) Ship the products

Conditions for return

Products must be returned intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and complete with original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Items must be returned with the security tag intact, if present.

Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original box, which must not be damaged.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or indicated by BeWild Store.

Timelines

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

After communicating the intention to withdraw, the customer is obliged to return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.

Refund

The refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

BeWild Store may withhold the refund until receipt of the returned products or until proof of shipment of the return is provided.

The refund is made in the same currency used for the purchase. Any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
