The use of the website and the purchase of products are governed by the following Terms and Conditions, which the user is required to read carefully before use.
By accessing or using the site, the user fully accepts these terms. Otherwise, they are invited not to use the services offered.
1. Definitions
- Service: the website www.bewildstore.it and the online sales activity carried out by Habitalia Srl
- User/Customer: any person who accesses the site, uses it, or makes a purchase
2. Requirements for use
To purchase, it is necessary to:
- be of legal age according to the laws of one's country
- have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
It is forbidden to use the site for illicit, fraudulent, or illegal purposes.
3. Product information
BeWildStore sells clothing, footwear, and accessories.
Descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but color rendering may vary depending on the device used.
We reserve the right to modify or remove products without prior notice.
4. Availability and prices
- All prices are expressed in Euros, VAT included, unless otherwise indicated
- Product availability may vary: in case of unavailable items, the customer will be promptly informed and refunded
- Prices may be changed at any time
5. Orders and payment methods
Orders can only be placed online.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
- Other methods specified during purchase
Habitalia Srl reserves the right to refuse an order in the following cases:
- errors in user data
- unavailability of products
- suspected fraudulent activity
6. Shipping
We ship to Italy and abroad.
Shipping times and costs are indicated during checkout.
Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times are indicative and not binding; any delays do not entitle the customer to refunds or compensation.
7. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, Consumer Code, the consumer customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the products, without any obligation to provide a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must complete the online form available on the page Exercise the right of withdrawal.
After submitting the form, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation via email at the address indicated in the request.
Conditions
- Products must be intact, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Products must be returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories.
- Items must be returned with the security tag intact, if present.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original box, which must not be damaged.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or indicated by BeWildStore.it.
After communicating the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
BeWildStore.it may withhold the refund until receipt of the returned products or until proof of the return shipment has been provided.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
In case of a defective product, the customer has the right to:
- repair or replacement
- price reduction
- termination of the contract
9. Liability
Habitalia Srl will not be liable for:
- service interruptions due to force majeure
- indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or products
- delays or missed deliveries attributable to the carrier
Liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the order.
10. Intellectual property
All content (texts, logos, images, software) is the property of Habitalia Srl or their respective owners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
11. Processing of personal data
Data processing complies with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).

12. Unlawful use and prohibited activities
It is forbidden to use the site for:
- unlawful purposes
- violations of third-party rights
- transmission of viruses or harmful codes
- fraudulent or deceptive activities
- spamming
In case of violation, Habitalia Srl reserves the right to suspend access to the site.
13. Applicable law and competent court
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to what is mandatorily provided for consumers.
