BeWildStore sells clothing, footwear, and accessories.

  • Product availability may vary: in the event of items being unavailable, the customer will be promptly informed and refunded.

Habitalia Srl reserves the right to refuse an order in the following cases:

  • unavailability of products
  • suspected fraudulent activity

6. Shipments

We ship to Italy and abroad .
Shipping times and costs are indicated during checkout.
Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are indicative and non-binding; any delays do not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

7. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products , without having to provide a reason.

Conditions:

  • The products must be intact , unused and with original packaging.
  • The return request must be sent to info@bewildstore.it within 14 days
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

In case of a defective product, the customer has the right to:

  • repair or replacement
  • price reduction
  • termination of the contract

9. Responsibility

Habitalia Srl will not be responsible for:

  • service interruptions due to force majeure
  • indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or products
  • delays or failed deliveries attributable to the carrier

In any case, liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

10. Intellectual property

All content (text, logos, images, software) is the property of Habitalia Srl or their respective owners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

12. Illegal use and prohibited activities
