Shipments will start from February 14, 2026 .

Due to the limited and promotional nature of the initiative, orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. By purchasing now, you'll guarantee priority on the limited edition .

Shipments are handled by TWS Express Courier . Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order value.

Processing times:
Orders are shipped within 24 business hours (orders received before 12:00 CET are shipped the same day).

Shipping Notes:
- All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
- It is not possible to change the address after shipping.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes or Poste Restante .
- In case of absence, the courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts .

Delivery days:
Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and days before holidays).

First order:
For security reasons, your first order can only be shipped to the billing address or a verified address .

Insurance:
All orders are insured until delivery. Responsibility passes to the recipient upon signature.

Order Tracking:
Available in the " My Orders " section of your personal account.

Taxes and Duties:
In some countries (DDP) taxes and duties are already included .
In other cases (DDU) any customs charges are paid by the recipient and requested by the courier upon delivery.
Any duties required are independent of BeWildStore .

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, it is possible to return the items (unworn and in original condition) within 14 days of receipt for a refund .

Return Procedure :
1. Send an email to info@bewildstore.it indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. After confirmation, fill out the return form received and include it in the package.
3. Ship to: BeWild Store, Piazza della Repubblica 3, 11100 Aosta (AO) - Italy

Notes :
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
- The return must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds :
- They are made with the same payment method .
- By credit card: approximately 10 days (visible on the next statement).
- Any exchange rate variations are non-refundable.

Conditions for accepting returns:
- Items not worn, washed or altered , with security threads , tags and original packaging intact.
- Shoes and accessories in their original box .
- Non-compliant returns may be refused or accepted with a 10% deduction.
