Return Procedure :
1. Send an email to info@bewildstore.it indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. After confirmation, fill out the return form received and include it in the package.
3. Ship to: BeWild Store, Piazza della Repubblica 3, 11100 Aosta (AO) - Italy

Notes :
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
- The return must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds :
- They are made with the same payment method .
- By credit card: approximately 10 days (visible on the next statement).
- Any exchange rate variations are non-refundable.

Conditions for accepting returns:
- Items not worn, washed or altered , with security threads , tags and original packaging intact.
- Shoes and accessories in their original box .
- Non-compliant returns may be refused or accepted with a 10% deduction.
